I am Agata Nowicka, adult and adolescent psychotherapist and Bioenergy therapist.

I hold a Masters in Psychology (Poland and Spain), a Diploma in Oisin Bioenergy Healing and a Masters in Adolescent Psychotherapy (Ireland and UK).

I offer therapeutic support for adult and adolescent clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, difficulties in relationships, at school and at work. There is no need for you to be alone with your challenges. I would be delighted to support you, guide you to deal with difficult emotions and help you find solutions to your issues.

I am currently accepting new clients for short term and long term counselling.

Bioenergy healing sessions – as part of psychotherapy or independently as additional support
